image analysis
If I was describing this picture to a person who couldn't see it, I would say: in the foreground there is a tall white road sign, a small shadow of the sign, patchy grass and then some concrete. In the middle ground, there is a small black and white caravan. Behind the caravan is tall wide dark tree. In the background there is a little house that is white on the from but has a black pitched roof. There is also some small cars and a bush. In the distance there are some telephone wires. In this picture, the sign is in focus but as the objects get further away they become less focused, like the telephone wires.I think the sign and clouds are the most interesting because it looks like the clouds are sitting on top of the road sign, which reminds me of an ice cream cone. If I could ask the photographer anything I would ask "why did you decide to put it in black and white instead of keeping the colour?". I think the sign at the front of the picture is effective because it draws people in and makes them want to look and the photograph.
